Application Requirements

Before applying, please read our Grant Guidelines to ensure your child and funding request meet the eligibility criteria.

To complete your application, you will need:

• Confirmation of your child's diagnosis from a treating specialist
• A letter of support for the item or service being requested
• NDIS information, including your current plan and any funding approval, decline or pending outcome (if applicable)
• A current quote or invoice for the item or service being requested

Applicants must reside in Australia and have a confirmed diagnosis of Dravet syndrome, a rare genetic epilepsy, developmental and epileptic encephalopathy (DEE), or another eligible epilepsy-related condition.
